The 'Wrecking Ball' star, who wrapped up the European leg of the tour last month, was spotted indulging in some pretty regular retail therapy with her 14-year-old sister Noah at Bed, Bath and Beyond and a grocery store.

With the rest of her blonde hair shaved to a short crop, the messy bun looked more than out of place.
Earlier in the day, Miley had shared a selfie of herself getting a weave installed which explains the tiny bun, although she had initially decorated it with a tiny doll.

'She's a natural entertainer. Sometimes I'll be like, 'Oh my god, she's totally stealing my shine!' If she's in the room, all the attention is on Noah,' Miley told 2Day FM.
