Now his wife of 15 years, Sabrina Cook is front and center. She celebrated the grand opening of Cherry Blow Dry Bar in Brentwood today. Sabrina Cook says,' I am happy to have it open, tangible, it turned out beautiful.'Kyle Cook says, ' She's always probably felt like she's played second fiddle to my career and her having an outlet with something she loves and realize that is really huge for me. I am proud of her.'The mother of two and former hair model, says the idea came about when seeing the salon franchise in Australia in 2012. Sabrina Cook says, ' You know men have places to go and hang with their friends and do their manly thing and watch sports. This is the female version.' While also providing a quick stop of formal up-do's, the Cook's are just some of the many local celebrity families investing in Music City. Kyle Cook says it's about connecting with the community and it's common for musicians to have a back-up plan. Kyle Cook says, ' The entertainment business is what it is. Albums don't always sell. Music doesn't always get picked up.'Sabrina Cook says, ' Really everything our husbands need is right here and so we can do the same thing and we're building the community on top of it.'The Acme Building in downtown Nashville is also open as of today.
