Spotted outside a recording studio, Miley displayed her new crop as she chatted with a group of friends. With her blond hair falling to eye length, the star appears to have shaved off the hair below the crop.
But it appears Miley was more than happy with it as she appeared to be in a jovial mood as she chatted to the group who were sitting on a nearby bench and it appears Miley was telling a really good story/joke as all the attention was on her.
It appears Miley decided to cover up for her recording studio outing as she opted for a pair of black trousers which she held up with a pair of matching braces. She teamed up her outfit with a simple white tee that slightly exposed her toned midriff.
Meanwhile, much has been speculated about Miley's personal life since she split from fiance Liam Hemsworth, with the latest rumour alleging that she is romantically involved with former Twilight Saga star Kellan Lutz.
However, it appears Miley is still single after Kellan shot down the romance allegations during an appearance on the Today Show.
Referring to a picture that showed him partying with Miley, the actor said: 'Did you see that picture? I mean, why would you assume that someone's dating.
'Miley and I have been friends for... It's like, I'm looking this way, she's looking down on me ... it's comical for me, you know, I'm a public figure, she's a public figure. I've been friends with her for six years and we're in the same circle and when two people are single in the industry they'll crop out pictures.
'I just saw one with Michelle Rodriguez and I where, she's in one end of the photo, I'm on the other, they put us together.'
He joked: 'I'm dating everyone nowadays. Let's just start that rumour.'
