According to Hollywood Life, the 'Love Me Harder' singer is finally ready for a hair change. The 21-year-old flaunted a more grown up hairstyle at the 2014 MTV European Music Awards where she left her hair down for her performance.
A source close to Ariana Grande revealed that the 'Problem' singer's new look is due to her comfort in her new romance.
The insider revealed, 'Ariana is feeling more sexy and confident than she ever has before and it's all because of Big Sean. He's making her feel like the sexiest girl in the world.
'He's totally encouraging her to wear her hair down more. She's attached to her big ponytail because it makes her feel protected and more confident, but he's making her feel like she doesn't need that.
'He tells her she's beautiful with the ponytail too, but he's been encouraging her to wear her hair down more, he likes it'.
Grande has become more open about her relationship with Big Sean and briefly chatted about sharing their romance on social media sites like Instagram and Twitter.
She told the latest issue of that with her major success has come some ups and downs and she admitted that 'some things are easier now, and others are harder.'
She explained, 'I never expected to be in a position where so many people are invested in every little thing I say and so,' adding, 'Part of me wants to say, 'Oh my god, that's so not me! Please don't believe that!''
Grande went on to say, 'On the one hand, I feel like I'm growing up and realize my life is my life and some things don't need to be shared.
'But I'm very spur-of-the-moment, very open with my fans. And if there's a cute pic I like that's a little personal and I want to share it, maybe I will.'
