From the looks of her latest hair-style - a neon, rainbow braid ensemble tied in a top-knot - we'd say she's certainly feeling a little confused at least.

The Wrecking Ball super-star was spotted sporting the colourful style in New York at the weekend.

While she often attracts stares for her controversial skimpy outfits it was her bizarre top-knot hair do that had heads turning.

But this time the 21-year-old singer wasn't exposing any nipples or butt-cheeks...for a change.

In fact, she was wearing a pretty conservative wardrobe of white, buttoned-up lace shirt, denim shorts and hot pink flat pumps.

Miley was in the Big Apple as part of her US Bangerz tour which has received good reviews so far.

Naturally, to celebrate she headed out on the town in Manhattan on Sunday to celebrate.

As well as sporting the strange hair style, reportedly, her after-show antics included peeing in the bushes encouraging one of her entourage to expose her bare boob in a group party photo.

Oh, Miley we do love your mischief making but we can pass on this latest hair craze thanks.
