The salon has the right to choose the level of stylist who will carry out the service as well as the day of the week that the reader can take up the offer. Salons only take local clients. No more than one The Hair Group voucher per person can be redeemed in a 12-month period. Appointments during busy periods (eg, Christmas) may be subject to additional restrictions and therefore lead to increased waiting times. Entrants must be over 18 years of age and UK residents. There is no cash alternative. Once allocated to a salon, the voucher is valid for three months. Contact can be made via phone, email or written invitation.
