From posing in high-fashion campaigns to strutting their stuff in overseas parades, the beauties are tipped to follow in the footsteps of their state counterparts Kerr, Catherine McNeil and Alyssa Sutherland.

Despite only signing to Brisbane agency Vivien's nine months ago, 18-year-old Erin Williamson has already made waves.

She scored the gig as ambassador for UK retailing giant Topshop Topman's first Queensland store and has been attracting the attention of agencies across the world, including the big three of Ford, Next Model Management and Wilhelmina in New York.

'We've had a lot of interest in her for overseas, I think, because she is so typically beautiful,' Vivien's booker Georgia Barclay said.

'She's got such a pretty and petite little face and amazing long hair, and great long limbs. She's perfect for photographic and catwalk.'

Brisbane university student Williams said: 'I've always loved being in front of the camera and taking photos.

'I'd really love to work overseas in somewhere like New York or London or even Tokyo.'

Big things are also on the cards for 15-year-old Yana Kostova from Brisbane.

'She has potential to go all the way,' Ms Barclay said.

'She's the type of girl we're looking for all the big show and all the big fashion weeks and then onto doing editorial and campaigns.

'She's a very unique looking girl which is what the fashion industry wants.'

Kostova, who began modelling just four months ago after being taken into Vivien's by her mum said she always loved the idea of being a model.

'I want to be on a cover of a magazine eventually one day. Vogue is my favourite so I'd love to be on there,' she said.

Chelsea Crawford is another developing young model with a bright future.

Thomas Gillman from Chic Model Management said she had the winning combination of quirkiness and classic beauty.

'Chelsea will have a brilliant career,' he said. 'She is definitely ticking all the boxes to become a supermodel. Her features are incredible and her personality could take her very far.'

For the 15-year-old from the Gold Coast, who was encouraged by her brother to model, an international career is the dream.

'I really want to work with Coco Chanel. They're my initials as well so it'd be so cool to shoot with them or just to go overseas in general,' she said.
