New Delhi: FMCG firm Bajaj Corp has formed a wholly-owned subsidiary - Bajaj Corp International (FZE) - for skin and hair care products business.
'The Company has incorporated a Wholly Owned Subsidiary Bajaj Corp International (FZE), a Limited Liability Company, to take up trading in Skin & Hair Care products,' Bajaj Corp said in a filing to the BSE on Thursday.
It further said the subsidiary has been incorporated in Sharjah Airport International Free Zone Authority, UAE.
Bajaj Corp has several products in the hair care segment such as Bajaj Almond Drops, Kailash Parbat and Brahmi Amla.
As on 3:02 p.m., shares in Bajaj Corp were trading at Rs 218.00 apiece on the BSE, down 0.64 per cent from the previous close.
