Hair Salon Pampers Salvation Army Residents

An Omaha hair salon is spreading holiday cheer by giving some Salvation Army residents a day of relaxation and pampering.

Around a dozen residents got their hair cut, hand treatments, and nail's done at Omaha's Hair Choice today.

The stylists donated their time and were happy to help. The residents were thrilled to get a new style. Eileen Forrest said, 'It feels great. I feel like I could sit in this chair all day and have them cut, cut, cut.'

The salon is also collecting canned food for the Salvation Army. If you donate during December, you get a discount on services in January.
