Ariana Grande changed up her signature hairstyle at the KIIS FM Jingle Ball on Friday!
Ariana let her hair down--a big departure from her usual half-up/half-down ponytail and curly-curls look.
She rocked a looser, more romantic curl that framed her face beautifully.

Ariana also posted a pic with her hair down on Instagram, writing, 'I never wear my hair like this & when I do it doesn't last long. don't get used to it..'
She followed it up by another pic, this time with her usual hairstyle, writing: '@jonescrow took this. sorry about the hair style I know y'all hate it but I'm trying to switch it up more. this is just how I'm comfortableee. it's just hurrrr anyway.'
We love her any way she wants to style her hair, but are totally digging Ariana's hair all down for a change of pace.
