As the 'I Knew You Were Trouble' singer prepares for her next movie 'The Giver,' Taylor Swift appears in brunette hair as she portrays her character and the official movie poster was released last Thursday, May 23.

Country-pop star Taylor Swift switched to brunette from her usual blonde hair color simply for her role. Taylor Swift sports brunette curls which was parted down the center while keeping the rest of her look neutral. As Taylor Swift becomes brunette it seems like the singer did a makeunder from her usual youthful look!
Now-brunette Taylor Swift stars along with A-list actresses Meryl Steep and Katie Holmes in the movie. The story of her character Rosemary is a sad one; however Taylor instead expressed excitement and happiness knowing that she will work with the best actresses in Hollywood today. In her recent interview with Access Hollywood the singer-actress says that she learned so much during the filming of The Giver in Africa last year and she couldn't believe that good things such as acting in films will actually happen to her.
