That's the pits! Kate Upton's underarm gets digitally erased in sexy swimsuit ...

Kate Upton is famous for her voluptuous figure and has shown it off countless times in magazine photo shoots and now the movie screen.


But one part of The Other Woman's body appeared to be missing in a picture of the bathing beauty recently posted on Harper's Bazaar Twitter page.


The 21-year-old model is shown posing by the pool in a bronze and white swimsuit with her left hand resting on her hip and her right hand raised to her gorgeous head of blonde hair.

Looking closely, one can see that her right armpit has been airbrushed away into the green scenery to give her body a perfect and unreal Barbie-esque shape.


It's not an unusual practice for magazines to use Photoshop to retouch body and skin flaws, but in this case Kate's underarm got the chop.


The error fired up some slap-happy responses aimed at the famed fashion magazine.


'Kate Upton gives us a new way to prevent armpit sweat... with this Photoshop fail,' tweeted The Huffington Post.


'What about the rest of her body? Tell me that's not airbrushed,' bristled another follower.


In the interview accompanying the photo, Kate's trainer David Kirsch talked to Harper's Bazaar about her diet and exercise routine that keep her in model form.


'Everyone wants to know if she is disciplined with her diet and exercise and the answer is that she is amazing about the diet,' Kirsch told the magazine.


'She does a few egg whites with spinach for breakfast, and when she wants to, she does a 48-hour cleanse.


'She loves my Thermo Bubbles for snacks and my Super Charged Greens. She has a very good sense of how she needs to eat for her body.'


As for the workouts, Kirsch said: 'We do extreme, intense circuit training. We do three or four circuits and change them up a lot.


'There's lots of core, butt and thigh shaping and toning. We work with resistance bands, stability balls, do lateral lunges for the inner thighs and for arms we do boxing.'
