Curly-haired ladies, you're about to find a new best friend in Lizzy Caplan. She wore this hairstyle to the PaleyFest 2014 event for her show Masters Of Sex:
Messy, non-uniform, every-which way curls. The kind of curls that naturally curly-haired women often wake up with. And it's something that pretty much never shows up on red carpets.
In the real world, these curls are everywhere, sure. But in Hollywood, usually when an actress sits down in a chair looking like this, a hairstylist's first instinct is to turn her hair into perfectly uniform waves or spirals. Allowing the hair to take whatever form it wants-some parts straight, some parts wavy, some parts curly-that's not even considered an option. So the fact that Lizzy embraced the chaos is a possible win for curly- and wavy-haired girls everywhere.
