HAUPPAUGE, NY -- (Marketwired) -- 05/30/14 -- On Friday, June 20, Cactus Salon will join together with the Arthritis Foundation to raise money to fight and cure arthritis, the nation's leading cause of disability. This hair and fashion fundraiser will be held from 8-11 pm at the Harbor Club at Prime in Halesite, New York.
The beauty professionals at Cactus Salon will be styling each model's hair for this special event. The show will feature Pure Color, a new keratin enriched color line from Italy. Paint Cosmetics will be providing the makeup and the models will be wearing apparel from Emily Sky & Indie.
The hair and fashion show will be held at Bohlson Restaurant Group's all new Harbor Club at Prime. Fundraiser attendees will be able to take in all the breathtaking features this premiere waterfront venue has to offer: floor-to-ceiling windows, open-air balconies, and lushly landscaped grounds. The kitchen at Harbor Club at Prime will be serving unforgettable appetizers at grazing stations throughout the evening. Patrons will also be able to purchase drinks from a cash bar.
In addition, the 2009 Ms. Senior America Gail King will be making an appearance and music will be provided by Todd Barrie Music & Entertainment. For those who cannot make it to the show in-person, the event will be streaming live on Madhouse TV.
