Pittsford, N.Y. - Monroe County sheriffs are investigating a robbery in Pittsford Tuesday afternoon.
Corporal John Helfer, a spokesman for the Monroe County Sheriff's Office, said a male suspect walked into Meesha's Hair Salon and demanded cash. He allegedly took money from the drawer and fled the salon.
The suspect did not brandish a weapon and no one was injured during the incident.
Helfer said the alleged robber is a white male in his 20's, roughly six feet tall and wearing a navy or black knit cap.
