Of Course Miley Cyrus' New Hairstyle Involves Pink Tint And A Plastic Baby

#Longhairdontcare might be Miley Cyrus's newest hashtag based on these photos. Miley went on an Instagram uploading spree yesterday. While we loved seeing her adorable puppies and necklace making efforts (you'll see the results below), no plastic beads could distract me from the fact that she changed her hair.

While most people tend to go for shorter hairstyles in the summer, it looks like Miley has decided to grow hers longer. I don't think she got extensions, it looks like this is her own hair. She's been wearing her hair longer than the shaved style she had when she first ditched the Hannah Montana locks. Plus, she's been vocal about wanting to grow her hair out. I bet she missed wearing it in her default summer 2012 bun, which appears to have made a comeback.

As for the color, Miley clearly got a fresh dye job because her hair is straight up Khaleesi blonde. Daenerys Targaryen would be jealous of a hue so white blonde. Though it is blink-and-you'll-miss-it faint, it appears she added some pink to the bun. You might think it is only the light or a good Instagram filter, but there's a rose hue. If you're dubious, here's a close-up:

Don't get distracted by the naked tied-up baby, there is a definite pink hue to Miley's hair. (If you're still in doubt, she also went to Bed, Bath & Beyond and showed off the new hair color, like all people with freshly dyed locks do.) I'm not sure whether she played with hair chalks or she actually dyed it, but she's dipped a toe in the rainbow hair trend. I wouldn't be surprised if this is the start of some mermaid hair color experiments. Judging by the hair accessories, she's already having fun with her longer style, so I can't wait to see what she'll do next. I just hope she focuses on the color and keeps innocent plastic babies out of it.
