Demi definitely knows how to make a statement. She had bright blue locks last October and even changed it up a few months later to pink!
Not only does she dye her hair, but also she loves to change up the style. On her Neon Lights tour on March 4, she shaved half of her hair right off! Demi is super daring and we absolutely adore it!.
