Hello, our new favorite gold-meets-brunette haircolor inspiration. Minka's streaks are just lovely. See how they're widely spaced at the roots but painted through more densely toward the ends? This gives a hint of the ombre effect but without the stark top-to-bottom fade. These are like non-bre highlights. And I love them. While we've all loved ombre for its ability to hide our grown-out roots, there's something to be said for good old-fashioned blond highlights that extend up to your crown and bring light to your face/eyes. They're such a pick-me-up, especially this time of year.
