A prominent, rage-filled Wall Street trader beat up a muscle-bound Harlem model after he bizarrely hopped into her car and demanded to be driven home, court papers charge.

Sahara Walsh, 29, says Quintano Downes jumped into the backseat of the car at 3:50 a.m. on April 18 and demanded a ride.

When Walsh - a buxom physical fitness model with ripped abs and toned legs - and her friend refused, Downes allegedly lost it.

Downes, 46, punched her, dragged her out of the car by her hair, punched and stomped her on the sidewalk, ripped off her blouse exposing her breast, called her a 'B---h!' and dragged her down the street, causing her to lose her shoes, court papers allege.

Walsh filed a $100,000 lawsuit in Manhattan Supreme Court on Tuesday.

Walsh could not be reached for comment but her mother, Lynn Walsh, slammed Downes as part of Harlem's 'entitled, new rich elite' and praised her daughter's courage.

'This has really changed her life,' Walsh said of Sahara who is out of town.

Walsh said her daughter had never met Downes but the driver of the car was a mutual friend.

She said the two women were sitting in the car chatting in front of her daughter's Lenox Avenue building when the incident occurred.

Walsh said Downs lives in a townhouse two blocks from where the alleged assault took place at Lenox Ave. and W. 122 St.

'His reaction was way over the top. It was irrational,' she said. 'He's an ex-Marine. She is a fitness expert but she weighs 98 pounds. He really had to take a 98 pound girl and mop the sidewalk with her?'

After the alleged assault, Downes walked toward his home.

Walsh said her barefoot, bleeding, hysterical daughter limped after Downes for several blocks, all the while screaming, 'Please! Stop this man!!'

Downes was arrested after a man who witnessed the attack called 911, according to Walsh's lawyer, Edgar DeLeon.

Downes - who was released without bail after being charged with assault and harrassment - did not return calls left at his home or his office on Wall Street where he works for Kipling Jones. He is due back in Manhattan Criminal Court next month.

Walsh says in court papers that she is a self employed fitness model and the incident which left her with scars on her knees and a clump of missing hair that have resulted in lost income.

Her mother said, 'She's still shaken up.'
