BURLINGTON -- 18/8 Fine Men's Salon, a California-based upscale 'gentlemen's barbershop,' is opening a store at the 3rd Ave. retail walking street next year, according to 3rd Ave.'s developer.
Nordblom Co. posted on its website that 18/8 Fine Men's Salon has completed a 1,358-square-foot lease. The chain provides male hair and grooming services aimed at an exclusive market in 12 states.
The Burlington location will be 18/8's first in Massachusetts.
'Aligning with the vision of delivering a high standard of shops, restaurants, and entertainment, 18|8 will be a unique addition to the 3rd Ave development,' said Adele Olivier, senior vice president at Nordblom, in a statement.
3rd Ave is anchored by Wegmans and also features The Bancroft (a steakhouse run by the operators of the Gibbet Hill Grill in Groton), Boston Interiors, Carter's Diamonds, and Cambridge Savings Bank.
Future tenants include Tony C's, Kings Bowl, PAUL Bakery, Redstone American Grill, and Mitchell Gold + Bob Williams opening in the near future.
