No Arguments—You Have to See Lea Michele's Smokin' Hot New Hair Color

Lea Michele looked rather grown up at the Teen Choice Awards last night-and some of that is thanks to her new lighter brunette hair color and extra fullness via extensions.

Though he didn't style it for the event, the new look was created by hairstylist Ryan Trygstad who posted a pic of her new color with the caption '#leamichele #haircolor and #extensions by me @swartists @sallyhershbergerla.'

This lighter shade is softer for the Glee star and it gives her a more care-free vibe. I'm into it. Are you?
