Wellesley will soon gain a new hair salon, an outfit called Fulham Salon that already has a location in Newton on Beacon Street.
It looks like the Wellesley location will be called Fulham Salon Hair Workshop. It is setting up shop at 64 Grove St., a space that's been vacant since late 2012, when vacuum cleaner business Aerus Electrolux was sucked out of town.
Fulham Salon in Newton is the brainchild of master stylist Igor Vasiljuk and William George, owner of James Joseph Salon on Newbury Street in Boston. Fulham Salon in Newton offers haircuts, root touch-ups, blow drying and you-name-it, with haircuts running from $35-$90 depending on what level of stylist you choose. Fulham also has locations in London and Belgrade.
It sounds as though the Wellesley location will take a different spin, promising 'Our upfront pricing allows you to get high experience at an affordable price.'
Wellesley is already crawling with beauty parlors, including Salon One, Lisa James Salon, Parlor Salon and more.
