Forget asking 'how does she do it'.
For an Instagram tweeted by Gisele makes the answer clear - she has an awful lot of help.
With her baby daughter Vivian at her breast, the supermodel looks far from stressed as she relaxed in her chair.
And that relaxed demeanor is thanks to her team of assistants, making sure she doesn't need to lift a finger to get ready.
'What would I do without this beauty squad after the 15 hours flying and only 3 hours of sleep?' tweeted Gisele.
There was no trace of a harassed mother in Gisele's pose, thanks in no small part to her helpers.
And while she tagged her tweet 'multitasking', it was clear the supermodel wasn't the one doing the hard work.
For as she sat relaxed in her robe in a chair, Gisele's manicurist attended to her nails, a make-up artist applied mascara, and a stylist curled her hair.
Little Vivian, who turned one this month, is held comfortably on her mother's lap, ignoring the proceedings as she feeds.
The youngster travels with her Brazilian mother, whose work takes her around the world.
She currently stars in a campaign for her own lingerie line, which is being launched in São Paulo and Rio de Janeiro.
The star's line of lacy underwear is called Gisele Intimates and the stunning model is the face of the brand.
The 33-year-old model certainly got a fabulous body, and was a Victoria's Secret Angel for many years.
Recently the mother-of-two has let the world into her keep-fit secret, posing pictures of herself doing yoga.
And it seems it's something all the family get involved with, as the model posted a picture of herself and Vivian stretching together.
The star captioned it: 'Thank you auntie Fafi for capturing this special moment.'
Gisele is based in Los Angeles, where she lives with her American Football star husband Tom Brady, their four-year-old son Benjamin and Vivian.
The pair also own a $14m condominium in Manhattan and are building a luxury mansion in Boston.
