Every time Lucy Mecklenburgh posts a picture to her Instagram account, she seems to be wearing a little less.

First we got the belfie , then it was the BTS calendar shot, and more recently we saw her topless, with nothing but her luscious hair covering her nipples.

We're not complaining - we love seeing the TOWIE babe with next to nothing on.

But Mario Falcone's ex, who was spotted wearing a fake fringe and hair extensions as she stepped out in a coral playsuit on Monday, has decided to speak out about her scantily-clad bod.

'I posted a saucy snap of myself not wearing very much last week - it was a picture from a shoot I was on,' the brunette beauty wrote in her New! Magazine column.

'I had a few negative messages from people saying I love myself, have no brains and look like a stripper - how charming!

'I think the pictures are very tastefully done. I ignored the bitchy ones and focused on the more complimentary ones.

'I'm pleased with how they turned out,' she concludes.

The gorgeous reality star also revealed that the secret to her super-toned bum and legs is ballet.

*Cue frantic Google search for nearest adult ballet club*

Luce also says she's totally super-proud of Joey of the jungle AKA Joey Essex.

'I think he's doing better than everyone thought he would,' she says.

'He jumped out of the plane, he ate the disgusting food - he's completely out of his comfort zone and it's great to watch.'

Last week rumours surfaced that Joey's ex, Sam Faiers, was heading into the jungle .

But Lucy thinks it's a load of rubbish.

'Why would she? She doesn't even watch the show, so why would she go all the way there to meet him?

'He seems to be getting on well with Amy anyway, although I'm not sure getting a girl to teach you how to tell the time is the best way to woo her!'
